Marisa O’Neill is the CEO of RetireMed, one of the Midwest’s largest advisors in Medicare, individual, and family plan selection. She joined RetireMed in 2010 and also has held the positions of chief growth officer, director of business development, and business developer. Prior to joining RetireMed, she was a business developer at Great American Insurance in Austin, Texas.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Kevin O’Bryan is a health insurance executive specializing in financial and operations management. He served as the chief financial officer before being promoted to chief operating officer in 2021. In his more than nine years with RetireMed, he also has held the positions of commission and business analyst, accounting manager, and director of account and business reporting.

As chief revenue officer of RetireMed, Amy Emanuel’s central focus is on strategy, sales, and providing a best-in-class client experience. Her career has spanned across the go-to-market functions, with a strong focus in sales and sales enablement.

Prior to joining RetireMed, she worked for Vista Consulting Group, the consulting arm of Vista Equity Partners and ran Inside Sales for one of their portfolio companies, Allvue Systems. She also spent nearly 20 years at LexisNexis in several roles, including sales, sales management, marketing, strategy, and global sales enablement.

Luke has over 20 years' experience in the health insurance industry, both on the carrier and brokerage side. He has had various roles, with nearly all of them focused on the sales and growth side of the organization. He really enjoys the industry because there are so many good people out there, and he enjoys catching up with former colleagues and business partners he’s worked with and interacted with the past two decades. 

Although he joined RetireMed in February 2024, he has worked alongside the organization since its founding in 2007. He has worked with thousands of agencies throughout his career, and he felt that RetireMed was at the very top of the pinnacle of agencies who do the right thing for the client. 

He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville, and a master's in business from Thomas More College. When he’s not at work, he is probably at one of this three son’s baseball or basketball games, watching his beloved Cincinnati Reds or Bengals, or doing some home remodel projects.
